The AI interviewer of the demo study How students use AI in everyday studying asks: To start, tell me a bit about what you study and what a normal study day looks like. The transcript keeps each segment with its speaker and start time, from 00:00 to 06:13. The analysis quote “Then I read the original again and it suddenly made sense.” from participant P1 at 06:13 is checked word for word against segment 4: 2 of 2 quotes verified.

An AI-led interview should not obscure who is conducting the session or how the data will be used. Study setup therefore includes participant-facing context and consent before the conversation begins.
Researchers remain responsible for ethics approval, lawful processing, appropriate consent and retention. The workspace helps make those decisions visible and consistent across invitations and sessions.

Themes are easier to trust when they can be challenged against the underlying material. SixSentences_ keeps each saved quote attached to its transcript passage and supports comparison across participants rather than producing an untraceable summary.
The agent can suggest follow-up questions, codes or tensions. These are analytic prompts for the researcher, not a replacement for methodological judgement or reflexivity.

01Can I analyse interviews collected elsewhere?
Yes. Existing recordings can be uploaded and transcribed before coding and theme development.
02Are AI-led interviews disclosed to participants?
The participant flow is designed to present study context and consent before a session. Researchers must configure this information for their study.
03Which plans include AI-led interview studies, and how are they metered?
AI-led interview studies are included with Scholar and Cohort. Spoken sessions temporarily reserve capacity for their authorized duration. After the server confirms closure, recorded model costs determine the final usage relative to your plan budget; automatic analysis is also cost-proportional. Unused reservations return, and conversation duration is shown separately. If the server cannot confirm closure, the authorized cap may provisionally count; support can review and correct an incorrect charge.
04Can I verify a quote?
Quotes remain linked to the relevant transcript passage so wording and surrounding context can be checked.
